Z Channel

A Z&C channel machine is a type of manufacturing equipment used to produce Z and C-shaped channels made of steel or galvanized steel. These channels are commonly used in the construction industry for building walls, roofs, and other structures.

The Z&C channel machine works by feeding a coil of steel or Galvanized steel through a series of rollers, which gradually bend and shape the metal into the desired channel shape. The machine can be programmed to produce channels of various sizes and dimensions, depending on the specific needs of the project.

Z and C-shaped channels are used in construction because they are lightweight, easy to install, and provide a high level of strength and stability. They are often used as part of a larger steel framing system, which can be used to construct walls, roofs, and other building components.
